1 <br /> • VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> May 23, 1967 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to Order <br /> by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday May 23, 1967. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Absent: Dougherty <br /> Also present: Raymond Haik, Village Attorney <br /> DeWayne Olson, Village engineer <br /> Norbert Maher, Supt, of Public Works <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson and seconded by Councilman Springer it <br /> was moved that the minutes of the regular meeting of May 9, 1967 be approved <br /> as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Donald Kronk presented the Planning Board minutes of May 16, 1967. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded 1�y Mayor O'Connor it was moved that <br /> the request for a side yard variance of 12' to build a garage at the rear of <br /> 3100 Silver Lake Road be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor, seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved <br /> that a request for a one foot, three inch variance to construct an. atteched <br /> garage at 3109 Edgemere be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor, seconded by Councilman Springer it was moved <br /> that a request for a variance of 4' in lot width, 280 sq. ft. of lot area, and <br /> 42 sq. ft. of floor area at 3620 Roosevelt Street be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The owner of Plat 63506, Parcel 1556 was heard regarding Village requirements <br /> for the development of property. He was instructed to meet with the Village <br /> Manager. <br /> Uop n motion by Councilman Springer and seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was <br /> moved that the request for a variance of 92 sq. ft. of floor area at 3629 <br /> Coolidge St. be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
