• VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES June 13, 1967 The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order by the Mayor pro tem at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday June 13, 1967. The following were present at roll call : Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson Absent: O'Connor Also Present : Raymond Haik, Village Attorney John Printon, Village Manager Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved that the minutes of the regular meeting of May 23, 1967 be approved as sub- mitted. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Councilman Bailey and seconded 4y Councilman Sorenson it was • moved that the Minutes of the Special meeting of May 26, 1967 be approved as submitted. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Councilman Springer seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved that the minutes of the Special Meeting of June 2, 1967 be approved as sub- mitted. Motion Carried. The Planning Board minutes of the meting of May 24, 1967 were discussed. DeWayne Miedtke , Planning Board Member, suggested that the minutes be tabled until later in the meting in order to clarify what action had been taken regarding a request for variance by Richard Carlson, 3509 Maplewood Drive. Ordinance No. 66G was presented for the third reading.. After discussion, Councilman Sorenson moved and seconded by Councilman Springer that Ordinance No. 66G be adopted on third reading. Voting on the motion: Aye: Dougherty, Springer, Sorenson Nay: Ba4ley Absent not voting: O'Connor Motion Carried. Ordinance No. 738 was presented for second reading. After discussion, Council- man Sorenson moved and seconded by Councilman Springer that Ordinance No. 73B be approved on second reading.
