r <br /> c � i <br /> VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 40 March 12, 1968 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council was called to order by the Mayor <br /> at 8:00 o'clock P.M., Tuesday, March 12, 1968. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Crouse <br /> Absent: Emond <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse seconded by Councilman Springer that the minutes <br /> of the special meeting of February 26, 1968, be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Springer that the approv- <br /> al of the minutes of February 27, 1968, be tabled. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Springer and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that 3211 <br /> Avenue N.E. be changed to Hilldale Avenue and that 311� Avenue N.E. be changed <br /> to Townview Avenue. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Crouse <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Emond <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> A proposed fence ordinance was discussed. The Village Attorney was directed <br /> to make certain changes in the proposed ordinance and re-submit to the Council <br /> for reconsideration. <br /> Councilman Crouse introduced Resolution No. 68-015 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 68-015 <br /> A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN CHECKS AS RECEIVED <br /> BY THE ST, ANTHONY MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORE AS <br /> UNCO LLECTAB LE <br /> The Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor O'Connor. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Crouse <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Emond <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br />
