Mr. Olson explained <br /> that all curbings proposed were surmountable. <br /> • Mr. McCarty asked if the ditch on Penrod Lane would be filled in and Mr. Olson re- <br /> plied that it would. <br /> Mr. Crepeau and Mr. Charles Herman, 4001 Shamrock Drive favored concrete surfacing. <br /> Mr. Al Reid, 4001 Fordham Drive complained of the Silver Lane surfacing project. <br /> Mr. Herman indicated that he wished to withdraw his approval of concrete surfacing. <br /> Mr. Richard Fudali spoke in favor of concrete surfacing and requested the assessment <br /> be spread for fifteen years. <br /> Mr. Robert Dircks, Berger Transfer, favored concrete surfacing and asked the project <br /> be extended to the Railroad if he was to be assessed for the full front footage of <br /> his property. He favored a fifteen year assessment. <br /> Councilman Springer indicated that a 44 foot improved RA-I would cause him to with- <br /> draw his support for acquiring the proposed park property adjacent to the holding <br /> pond. <br /> Mr. Boytel asked if an area method would be used to compute Partridge Town House <br /> property. The Council indicated the matter would be studied prior to the assessment <br /> hearing. <br /> There were no questions on the improvement of Highcrest Road. <br /> Councilman Crouse introduced Resolution #68-030 and moved its adoption. <br />
