He favored a fifteen year assessment. <br /> Councilman Springer indicated that a 44 foot improved RA-I would cause him to with- <br /> draw his support for acquiring the proposed park property adjacent to the holding <br /> pond. <br /> Mr. Boytel asked if an area method would be used to compute Partridge Town House <br /> property. The Council indicated the matter would be studied prior to the assessment <br /> hearing. <br /> There were no questions on the improvement of Highcrest Road. <br /> Councilman Crouse introduced Resolution #68-030 and moved its adoption. <br />
