VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> February 25, 1969 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o 'clock P. M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Emond, Dougherty, Levandowski. <br /> Absent : Crouse. <br /> Also Present : Raymond Haik, Village Attorney <br /> John Pri nton, Village Manager <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the minutes <br /> of the regular meeting of February 11, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Emond that the minutes of the <br /> special meeting of January 31 , 1969 be approved as submitted. <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Emond, Dougherty. <br /> Abstain: Levandowski. <br /> Absent not voting: Crouse. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Robert Mesenbring and Mr. Lou Howitz, Planning Board members presented the minutes <br /> of the Board's meeting of February 18, 1969. Mr. Bill Sauer presented a plan for <br /> an automobile diagnostic center for the property adjacent to the Dairy Store on <br /> 37th Avenue N. E. He stated that his proposal included provisions for the <br /> handling of 20 cars per day including employees. After discussion, Councilman <br /> Levandowski moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the development plans be <br /> approved and that the Village Attorney be instructed to prepare an amendment to <br /> the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Emond, Dougherty, Levandowski . <br /> May: None. <br /> Absent not voting: Crouse. <br /> \Mo tion <br /> carried. <br /> The rezoning of property west of the Chelmsford School playgrounds on 37th Avenue <br /> N. E. was discussed. Mr. Hasty, owner requested that the property be rezoned <br /> from R1 to R2 because of the power line tower and proximity to the school property. <br /> • Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the change <br /> of zoning be approved because of hardship and that the Village Attorney be directed <br /> to prepare an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> I <br />
