-3- The 3- The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Levandowski. Voting on the resolution: Aye : O'Connor, Emond, Dougherty, Levandowski. Nay: None. Absent not voting: Crouse. Resolution declared adopted. The following report was submitted by Village Clerk Jerry M. Kessel regarding balances in unallocated Village funds : To the Honorable Members of the St. Anthony Village Councils At the request of the Village Attorney the amount and form of unallocated surplus monies in the Liquor Dispensory Fund is hereby presented to you. As of December 31, 1968 there existed a balance of $97,233.00 in the form of a United States Treasury Bill in the investment account. This represented monies above the amount previously authorized by you for transfer to the General Fund during the year 1968 and not needed for current operating expenses. To the Honorable Members of the St. Anthony Village Councils • At the request of the Village Attorney the amount of unallocated surplus money in the General Fund of the Village is hereby presented to you. As of December 31, 1968 there existed a total of $172,903.49 in the General Fund which was above that amount budgeted and disbursed during the past budget year . Sixty thousand dollars was invested in Certificates of Deposit and the balance we.s deposited inthe Regular Dank Account. ST.
