She asked Council approval of a $25.00 participation in a joint area program. Mr. Fred Marsh explained the details of the program. Motion by Counyilnan Emond and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that $25.00 be authorized as the Village share in a Human Relations area program. Motion carried. Mr. Jack Lawrence, Signcrafters, appeared regarding the Sinclair sign on Kenzie Terrace. Mayor O'Connor moved and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the Sinclair sign be approved as a hardship because of its removal by the Kenzie Terrace street improvement. Motion carried. Macey sign representative appeared regarding the restoration of the north shopping center entrance sign. After discussion, Councilman Levandowski moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the St. Anthony Shopping Center sign be approved with a 27' height restriction. Councilman Emond stated that he felt the sign request should be returned to the Planning Board for review. • Voting on the motion: Aye: O'Connor, Levandowski. Nay: Emond. Absent not voting: Crouse, Dougherty. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that Ordinance 1969-•3, 'An Ordinance Relating To Land Use Amending The Village Zoning Map As Adopted By Section 300.04 of The 1968 Code of Ordinance Of The Village Of St. Anthony' be approved at first reading. Motion carried. Councilman Emond introduced Resolution No. 69-012 and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 69-012 A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN CHECKS AS RECEIVED BY THE ST. ANTHONY MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORE AS UNCOLLECTABLE. The resolution was duly seconded by Mayor O'Connor. Voting on the resolution: Aye : O'Connor, Emond, Levandowski. Nay: None.
