VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> March 25, 1969 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P. M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski, <br /> Dougherty. <br /> Also present: Raymond Haik, Village attorney <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the minetes <br /> of the meeting of March 11, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Donald Kronk presented the minutes of the Planning Board meeting of March 18, <br /> 1969. <br /> Mr. Steve Davis, attorney representing Minneapolis Scientific Controls, and Mr. <br /> Harry Brooks of the Standard Oil Ccm pany appeared. Mr. Brooks presented a model <br /> of a proposed remodeling of the Standard Oil Station at 37th Avenue N. E. and Silver <br /> Lake Road. <br /> • Mayor O'Connor turned the chair to Mayor Pro Tem Emond because of loss of voice. <br /> Mr. Davis requested a waiver of platting requirements to divide his clients <br /> property and proposed to make a rezoning application when the remodeling was <br /> programmed in 1970. After discussion, Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by <br /> Councilman Levandowski that the proposal be resubmitted to the Planning Board and <br /> that the request include the waiver of platting and a change in zoning. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> A proposal by the Vadnais Construction Company was discussed. Motion by Mayor <br /> O'Conner and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the request be denied as per <br /> Planning Boards recommendation. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Schroeder, Buetow Development Company, presented plans for an office and ware. <br /> house on Lot 1, Block 2, St. Anthony Office Park. Motion by Mayor O'Connor and <br /> seconded by Councilman Crouse that the building proposal of the Buetow Development <br /> Company for an office and warehouse on Lot 1, Block 2, St. Anthony Office Park <br /> be approved as recommended by the Planning Board. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that platting <br /> requirements be waived and that the division of the N. 84' of Lot 7, Block 5, <br /> Mounds View Acres, Second Addition into two lots 84' x 148' be approved subject to <br /> a 5' utility easements off of the rear property line of each residual lot. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
