VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> Apr i 1 8, 1969 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P. M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski, <br /> Dougherty. <br /> Also present: Raymond Haik, Village attorney <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the <br /> minutes of the meeting of March 25, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The March 26, 1969 minutes, Human Relations Committee meeting, were reviewed and <br /> ordered f led. <br /> Ordinance 1969-3 was introduced for the third reading. <br /> Councilman Emond moved and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that Ordinance No. <br /> 1969-3 be approved on third reading. <br /> i <br /> Councilman Cougherty offered the following amendment : that Section 1 as pertains <br /> to the rezoning of certain property from light industrial to commercial be deleted <br /> • Brom the Ordinance. The amendment was seconded by Councilman Crouse. <br /> Voting on the amendment : <br /> Aye : Crouse, Dougherty. <br /> Nay: O'Connor, Emond, Levandowski. <br /> Amendment not carried. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Emond, Levandowski. <br /> Nay: Crouse, Dougherty. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The review of the Recreation Directors budget report was scheduled for the April <br /> 22nd meeting. <br /> The Village attorney reviewed a report pertaining to a claim for damages to a <br /> police car. Other reports were reviewed and ordered filed. <br /> A report of the Fire Department was reviewed and ordered filed. <br /> • Councilman Dougherty requested a list of burning violation tags issued in <br /> commercial and industrial areas at the April 22nd meeting. <br />
