Mr. Collins states that he was sorry the <br /> incident took place. He pointed out the rides would be located in back of the <br /> Sandy's Drive In for the 1969 Center promotion. <br /> Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the Collins Show license <br /> be approved on the site location indicated. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski. <br /> Nay: Dougherty. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the Village <br /> Manager be authorized to advertise for bids for an addition to the Village <br /> Maintenance building. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the Village <br /> Manager be authorized to advertise for bids for Village insurance. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the Mayor and <br /> Village Manager be authorized to extend the lease of the Hennepin County Library <br /> building for an additional three years at $340.00 per month with the Towle Mortgage <br /> Company. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the Village <br /> Manager be authorized to advertise for bids for gravel , asphalt mix, and asphaltic <br /> oil . <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the licenses be <br /> approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Emond that the properly <br /> verified claims be approved. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond that the meeting be <br /> adjourned. <br />
