ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> May 13, 1969 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : 0"Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski, <br /> Dougherty. <br /> Also Present: Village Attorney, Raymond Haik <br /> Village Engineer, DeWayne Olson <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Emond that the minutes <br /> of the regular meeting of April 22, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that paragraph one of <br /> the special meeting of May 2, 1969 be deleted, and that the minutes be approved <br /> as amended. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> A special meeting for the review of sewer and water service line bids was set <br /> for 6:00 o'clock P.M., May 19, 1969. <br /> • Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 69-022 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 69-022 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF <br /> FUNDS IN THE SEWER DEPARTMENT <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski, Dougherty. <br /> Nay: None <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> A review of bids for the Maintenance Building is as follows : <br /> Balco Building Systems Inc. - S12,932.00 <br /> Slab option - S 1,140.00 <br /> Councilman Crouse introduced Resolution No. 69-023 and moved its adoption. <br /> so RESOLUTION NO. 69-023 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BIDS FOR THE <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION TO THE MAIN- <br /> TENANCE BUILDING AND APPROVING THE TRANSFER <br /> OF CERTAIN FUNDS. <br />
