r -3- The Village attorney reported on a County Zoning approval bill that he felt would • not be passed by the 1969 legislature. The April liquor sales report was received and ordered filed. Voice approval was given to the Fleetwood Homes pre-assembly of sections proposal . Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by Councilman Crouse that approval be given to the proposed gas line extension on 39th Avenue N. E. and Stinson Blvd. Motion carried. The Council discussed at length the proposed preliminary plat presented by Apache Plaza representatives, Mr. Coleman and the Apache attorneys. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that preliminary approval be given the four lot proposed plat of the Apache Corporation with the provision that the final plat indicate the building locations as shown on the preliminary plat, with a cross section of buffer contours indicated. Voting on the motion: Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski, Dougherty. Nay: None. • Motion carried. The April police report was received and ordered filed. The District 282 sign request was discussed. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the request of District 282 for an information sign be denied on reconsideration of the request. Motion carried. Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the licenses be approved as submitted. Motion carried. Mrs. Edwina 141k presented the minutes of the Human Relations Committee meeting of April 30, 1969. She reported revenue of $310.00 and expenditures of $225.00. The proposed park area in the North East corner of the Village was discussed. Motion by Councilman ravandowski that tho park, proposal plan be forwarded to the Planning Board for a public hearing_ There was no second to the motion. Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Crouse that a financial • report be submitted to the Council at the next meeting indicating possible funding of land acquisition out of existing fund balances. Voting on the motion: Aye: Crouse, Emond, Dougherty.
