r -3- <br /> The Village attorney reported on a County Zoning approval bill that he felt would <br /> • not be passed by the 1969 legislature. <br /> The April liquor sales report was received and ordered filed. <br /> Voice approval was given to the Fleetwood Homes pre-assembly of sections proposal . <br /> Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by Councilman Crouse that approval be <br /> given to the proposed gas line extension on 39th Avenue N. E. and Stinson Blvd. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Council discussed at length the proposed preliminary plat presented by Apache <br /> Plaza representatives, Mr. Coleman and the Apache attorneys. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that preliminary approval <br /> be given the four lot proposed plat of the Apache Corporation with the provision <br /> that the final plat indicate the building locations as shown on the preliminary <br /> plat, with a cross section of buffer contours indicated. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski, Dougherty. <br /> Nay: None. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> The April police report was received and ordered filed. <br /> The District 282 sign request was discussed. Motion by Councilman Crouse and <br /> seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the request of District 282 for an information <br /> sign be denied on reconsideration of the request. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the licenses be <br /> approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mrs. Edwina 141k presented the minutes of the Human Relations Committee meeting <br /> of April 30, 1969. She reported revenue of $310.00 and expenditures of $225.00. <br /> The proposed park area in the North East corner of the Village was discussed. <br /> Motion by Councilman ravandowski that tho park, proposal plan be forwarded to the <br /> Planning Board for a public hearing_ <br /> There was no second to the motion. <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Crouse that a financial <br /> • report be submitted to the Council at the next meeting indicating possible funding <br /> of land acquisition out of existing fund balances. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Crouse, Emond, Dougherty. <br />
