VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> June 10, 1969 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor pro tem at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : Emond, Crouse, Levandowski, Dougherty. <br /> Absent: O'Connor <br /> Also Present : Raymond Haik, Village Attorney <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the <br /> minutes of the regular meeting of May 27, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the minutes <br /> of the special meeting of May 26, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Dougherty moved to accept the recommendations of the Human Relat4ons <br /> Committee relative to a sub committee of two members representing each church <br /> denomination. <br /> No second to motion. <br /> • Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Crouse that action <br /> on the sub committee matter as recommended by the Human Relations Committee be <br /> tabled until the June 24th meeting. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Jerry Gottlieb, attorney representing FOODTOWN appeared regarding an un- <br /> loading problem at the Coolidge Street rear entrance. He explained the difficulty <br /> of his client unloading beef quarters and halves due to the no parking restrict- <br /> ion. The matter was discussed by members of the Council at length. The matter <br /> was forwarded to the Planning Board for study and recommendation. <br /> Ordinance #1969-5 was presented for first reading. <br /> ORDINANCE #1969-5 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO LAND USE AMENDING THE <br /> VILLAGE ZONING MAP AS ADOPTED BY SECTION 300.04 <br /> OF THE 1968 CODE OF ORDINANCES. <br /> Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the rules be <br /> waived and that Ordinance #1969-5 be adopted on first reading. <br /> ;'oting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Emond, Crouse, Levandowski, Dougherty <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: O'Connor <br />
