VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES June 10, 1969 The meeting was called to order by the Mayor pro tem at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following were present at roll call : Emond, Crouse, Levandowski, Dougherty. Absent: O'Connor Also Present : Raymond Haik, Village Attorney John Printon, Village Manager Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the minutes of the regular meeting of May 27, 1969 be approved as submitted. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the minutes of the special meeting of May 26, 1969 be approved as submitted. Motion carried. Councilman Dougherty moved to accept the recommendations of the Human Relat4ons Committee relative to a sub committee of two members representing each church denomination. No second to motion. • Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Crouse that action on the sub committee matter as recommended by the Human Relations Committee be tabled until the June 24th meeting. Motion carried. Mr. Jerry Gottlieb, attorney representing FOODTOWN appeared regarding an un- loading problem at the Coolidge Street rear entrance. He explained the difficulty of his client unloading beef quarters and halves due to the no parking restrict- ion. The matter was discussed by members of the Council at length. The matter was forwarded to the Planning Board for study and recommendation. Ordinance #1969-5 was presented for first reading. ORDINANCE #1969-5 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO LAND USE AMENDING THE VILLAGE ZONING MAP AS ADOPTED BY SECTION 300.04 OF THE 1968 CODE OF ORDINANCES. Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the rules be waived and that Ordinance #1969-5 be adopted on first reading. ;'oting on the motion: Aye: Emond, Crouse, Levandowski, Dougherty Nay: None Absent not voting: O'Connor
