ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> February 10, 1970 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : Miedtke, Crouse, Levandowski, Kukielka. <br /> Absent: Emond <br /> Also Present: Village Attorney, Larry Vickrey <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> It was noted that on page 3 of the minutes of January 27, 1970 that in the 1st <br /> paragraph that "and possible rescinding the action of the December 23, 1969 <br /> council meeting" should be deleted, and that paragraph 2 should read "that <br /> parking be restricted to two hours". <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Kukielka that the minutes <br /> of the meeting of January 27, 1970 be approved as amended. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • The minutes of the Human Relations Committee meeting of January 26, 1970 were <br /> read and ordered filed. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Kukielka that the second <br /> reading of the Rodent Control Ordinance be approved with the delegation of the <br /> Village Health Inspector as the enforcement officer. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Kukielka that the <br /> application for Repurchase of Forfeited Lands described as : Plat 63506, <br /> Parcel 875, commencing at SW corner of Lot 4, Block 2, Wilshire Park 4th, <br /> thence South 103 ft., thence East 35', thence South to South line of North L <br /> of N.E. 14, thence East to S.W. corner of Outlot 1, said addition, thence <br /> North to N.W. corner thereof, thence West to beginning, be approved in the <br /> amount of $326.36. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> A letter from Max Saliterman was reviewed regarding the location of a shopping <br /> center sign. A letter was directed forwarded to Mr. Saliterman requesting <br /> sign area and height and dimensions from buildings and driveway entrances. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that <br /> control be established for activities at the Gross Golf Course, Sunset <br /> • Memorial and Hillside cemetaries requiring a permit for all activities and <br /> land use and that the matter be referred to the Village Attorney for action <br /> within two weeks. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
