VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> February 25, 1970 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : Miedtke, Levandowski, Emond <br /> Absent: Crouse, Kukielka <br /> Also present: Village Attorney, Larry Vickrey <br /> It was noted that at the bottom of page 2 of the minutes of the February 10,1970 <br /> meeting, the motion by Councilman Crouse should read "Ascertain whether a mutual <br /> aid agreement is in effect between Minneapolis and St. Anthony Village." <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Mayor Miedtke that the minutes <br /> of the meeting of February 10, 1970, be approved as amended. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Donald Kronk presented the minutes of the February 17, 1970, Planning Board. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Emond that we dis- <br /> approve the request for the proposed nursing home as submitted. <br /> \Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Mayor Miedtke that we follow the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Board and deny the request for the sign on the <br /> American Legion Club. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Emond to waive the <br /> third reading of the Rodent Control Ordinance and that it be approved. <br /> Notion carried. <br /> Councilman Emond introduced Resolution #70-003 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION #70-003 <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORY FOR <br /> VILLAGE FUNDS AND APPROVING SECURITIES <br /> FOR COLLATERAL WITH THE STATE BANK OF <br /> THE VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY AND THE FID- <br /> ELITY BANK AND TRUST COMPANY <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Miedtke. <br />
