McCrossan for Estimate #7, Improvement 1968-4. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Mayor Miedtke and seconded by Councilman Levandowski to rescind <br /> Resolutions #69-045 and #69-046, as they pertain to the assessment, that were <br /> adopted at the December 23, 1969 meeting. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Emond to give North- <br /> western Bell Telephone Company permission to place buried cable on 34th Avenue <br /> N.E. as requested. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Mayor Miedtke and seconded by Councilman Emond that the Village Attorney <br /> proceed to right the agreement from the North Suburban Mutual Aid Association, <br /> indicating the changes he has stated tonight and to work it out with the other <br /> parties. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Mayor Miedtke that we pay the firm of <br /> Popham, Haik, Schnobrich, Kaufman and Doty the amount of $660.00 for the work on <br /> the Hennepin County Municipal Court and Village Police matters, $818.75 for <br /> Village general work and $290.00 for legal work for the Volunteer Fire Department <br /> litigation and the Soo Line Railway Company appeal. <br />
