a VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES April 14, 1970 The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following were present at roll call : Emond, Miedtke, Levandowski , Kukielka. Absent: Crouse Also Present : Village Attorney, Larry Vickrey Village Manager, John R. Printon The following corrections on the minutes of the March 24, 1970 meeting were noted: On page 1 , a correction to the correction on the motion by Councilman Crouse should read the "best land use". On page 3, the paragraph in regard to the reviewing the need for street lights should also include Silver Lake Road. Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Kukielka to approve the minutes of the March 24, 1970 meeting as amended. Motion carried. In regard to the special meeting of March 20, 1970, Councilman Levandowski wanted it to be noted that he was not duly informed of this meeting. Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Kukielka to approve the minutes of the March 20, 1970 meeting. Motion carried. For the special meeting of March 31 , 1970, the minutes should be corrected as to the spelling of the word "textual". Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Kukielka to approve the minutes of the March 31 , 1970, meeting as corrected. Motion carried. Councilman Emond introduced Resolution #70-014 and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION #70-014 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE FINANCING OF THE 1970 CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEFICIT OF THE $815,000-1963 REFUNDING BOND ISSUE 40 The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Kukielka.
