• -4- Motion 4-Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor Miedtke authorizing the Village Manager to get bids for the purchasing of radio receivers requested by Mr. Leonard and present them to the Council at the next meeting. Any further action on the report of the Public Safety Director was tabled until the next meeting. The Village Manager reported on his space study and possible need for building on additional space. Action on the report for building needs was tabled at this time. Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Crouse to grant NSP permiss- ion to lay underground conduit as requested, Estimate #54794 subject to the approval of the Village Engineer. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor Miedtke to authorize the payment of invoice from Layne Minnesota Company in the amount of $8,824.90 for emergency work on Well A. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Kukielka to pay the Certificate of the Engineer for Estimate No. 3 final Street Improvement 1968-3 in the amount of $11,875.57 to Dunkley Surfacing Company. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Kukielka to pay the Certific- ate of the Engineer, Estimate No. 2 for Street Improvement 1968-3 in the amount of $546.57. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond to pay the Certificate of the Engineer for services rendered St. Anthony Village from March 30 to April 25, 1970, in the amount of $427.15. Motion carried. Action for final approval of the Barrett Plat was tabled until the next meeting. Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Crouse to pay the statement from the prosecuting attorney in the amount of $230.00. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Mayor Miedtke to pay the Verified Claims. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Kukielka that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried.
