r � VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES May 26, 1970 The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:05 o'clock P.M. The following were present at roll call : Crouse, Emond, Miedtke, Levandowski, Kukielka. Absent: None Also Present: Village Attorneys, Loren Knott & Larry Vickrey Village Manager, John R. Printon The following correction on the minutes of the May 12, 1970 meeting was noted: On Page i toward the bottom the motion by Councilman Crouse should read 'bWork out the best provision for a buffer strip, open and landscaping space" rather than "this Protective Covenant". Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski to approve the minutes of the May 12, 1970 meeting as corrected. Motion carried. A public hearing on a rezoning request was declared open. Mr. Harstad stated briefly his request for rezoning his property from Light Industrial to Multiple Dwelling. Harold Henkel of 3824 Foss Road stated that he felt it should stay the way it is zoned unless he could be shown that he would benefit from it. Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Levandowski to deny the request of Mr. Harstad for rezoning on his property. Motion carried. Curt Englund presented the minutes of the Planning Board meeting of May 19, 1970. Mr. & Mrs. Gearhart appeared in regard to platting their property at 39th and Shamrock Drive. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond that this property be replatted to 78.38 feet on Lot A, 99.38 feet on Lot B and 91 .24 feet on Lot C as shown on the Certificate of Survey. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond to table action on Item 4-D of the Planning Board minutes regarding Crown Auto Store's request until the sign ordinance has been reviewed. 19 Voting on the motion: Aye: Crouse, Emond, Miedtke Nay: Levandowski, Kukielka Motion carried.
