ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> January 22, 1974 <br /> • <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7:32 P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call: Stauffer, Sundland, Miedtke, Sauer and <br /> Haik. <br /> Also present: Jerry Dulga.r, City Manager <br /> Larry Vickrey, Attorney <br /> Jim Fornell, Adm. Asst. <br /> The following corrections were made to the Council minutes of January 8, 1974: <br /> Page 7, lst sentence to read: Mayor Miedtke requested that the following <br /> matters be placed on the January 22nd agenda: <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Haik to approve the <br /> minutes as corrected. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to appoint Lowell <br /> Thompson, Howard Peterson and Wil Johnson to the Planning Commission. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • Councilman Sauer appointed Jerry Cowen to the Human Relations Advisory Board. <br /> Motion by Mayor Miedtke, seconded by Councilman Stauffer that St. Anthony Council <br /> elections be held in odd numbered years. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Miedtke, Sauer, Stauffer, Sundland <br /> Nay: Haik <br /> Motion carried. <br /> City attorney was directed to write an ordinance establishing odd year elections. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Mayor Miedtke directing attorney to <br /> incorporate necessary extensions into the ordinance he prepares to include the <br /> terms of service for Sundland, Stauffer and Sauer by one year. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION 74-012 <br /> RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING REVENUE SHARING MONIES <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Haik to adopt Resolution <br /> is <br /> 74-o12. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
