CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> February 25, 1974 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Miedtke. <br /> The following were present at roll call: Sauer, Sundland, Miedtke, Stauffer. <br /> Councilman Haik arrived at 7:32 P.M. <br /> 1 <br /> Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br /> Larry Vickrey, City Attorney <br /> Jim Fornell, Adm. Asst. <br /> Monroe Hall, Fire Chief <br /> The following corrections were made to the Council minutes of February 12,1974: <br /> Page 4, para. 8: Add the following: Motion by Councilman Sundland and <br /> seconded by Councilman Stauffer to approve payment of $1,479.25 to the <br /> Dorsey Firm for the month of December. Motion carried. <br /> Page 4, para. 9: "gave the cost figures. . ." of approximately $185,000". . . . <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to approve the <br /> minutes as amended. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • Mr. Richard LeTourneau of the St. Anthony Planning Board presented the minutes <br /> anrecommendations to the Council from the Board meeting, February 19, 1974. <br /> Mr. Bernard Blanske, 4029 Silver Lc`—, Road, presented his plans for the proposed <br /> 60 x 80 ft. addition to the St. Antilony Millwork, Inc. which he operates at <br /> 3901 Foss Road. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundlai:.d and secDnded by Councilman Sauer to g_,-;LnLt approval <br /> of the proposed addition subject to landscaping improvements and the plans meeting <br /> all city codes and ordinances. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Vj 'Robert E. Ha'__va, Attorney representing Mr. Frank Holien, requested a lot split <br /> of Lot 9, Block 6, Moundsview Acres, 2nd Addn. Said split to allow Mr. Holien to <br /> have a 80' lot facing Penrod Lane with the remainder of his property to remain <br /> intact for the present. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland.9 seconded by Councilman Stauffer to grant permission <br /> for the requested lot split with the 80 and/or 85 ft. lot in the rear conforming <br /> to the Hedlund property platting and subject to all platting re`ulations. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Sundland, Miedtke, Sauer and Stauffer <br /> Nay: Haik <br /> -Mz)tion carried. <br /> r ' <br />
