-4- <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • Mr. Dulgar reported that he had heard from the New Brighton Village officials <br /> regarding the pathway around the holding pond at Mirror Lake Manor and they had <br /> invited him to attend their next council meeting at 9:00 P.M. April 23, 1974 <br /> which was the same date as the St. Anthony Council's next meeting. It was <br /> decided that the meeting that night would be shortened so that Mr. Dulgar and <br /> other Council members, who desired to do so, could attend the New Brighton <br /> meeting. <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Sauer to grant the licenses as <br /> listed in the April 9, 1974 agenda. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to approve payment of <br /> $2,320.57 to the Dorsey Firm. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sauer to approve payment of <br /> $175.00 to B & F Patrol. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Mayor Miedtke to approve payment of <br /> all verified claims as listed in the April 9, 1974 agenda. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> Meeting recessed at 9:50 P.M. and reconvened at 10:00 P.M. for a presentation <br /> by Francis Schuck of Constructive ?design Architects of the plans for the <br /> renovation of the St. Anthony Liquor Lounge, Secretary Helen Crowe was excused <br /> at 10:30 with Mr. Dulgar assigned the task of recording any motion which might <br /> result from the work session. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Mayor Miedtke to authorize the City <br /> Manager to advertise for bids for the liquor store remodelling on April 24,1971+, <br /> Closing date for receipt of bids to be May 17th at noon with the bid to be <br /> awarded on May 22nd at a special council meeting. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to appoint Mr. <br /> George Marks of 3424 Silver Lake Road to the Planning Board to fill the vacancy <br /> created by the resignation of Howard Peterson. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Haik, Stauffer, Sundland <br /> Nay: Miedtke <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to adjourn at <br /> 10:55 P.M. <br /> Motion carr' <br /> ATTFS T• C " ay or <br /> Clerk V <br /> M ger <br />
