a Voting on the motion: Aye: Haik, Sauer, Sundland, Stauffer Nay: Miedtke Motion carried. Following a discussion with the Attorney and Manager on Hennepin County's request to vacate Stinson Avenue from 29th Avenue to 37th Avenue the following motion was made: Motion by Mayor Miedtke, seconded by Councilman Sundland to direct the City Manager to inform Hennepin County that the City of St. Anthony is unable to agree to their proposed revocation of CSAH 27 because of the levy limitation bind upon the City's finances. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Haik to approve the Maintenance Agreement with Hennepin County Public Works Department which provides payments for minor maintenance, snow plowing, etc. on county roads in St. Anthony. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to waive the license fee and grant a beer license to St. Charles Borromeo Church to serve beer from • Noon to 6:30 P.M. during their annual Mardi Gras on February 9, 1975. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Haik to adopt Resolution 11-75-009 designating Comstock & Davis as consulting engineers for the City of St. Anthony for the year of 1975• RESOLUTION 75-009 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CONSULTING ENGINEER. Motion carried. Mr. Comstock recommended mot':accepting as final payment the amount requested by the Irving Lamppa Construction Company in their letter of December 3, 197+ since the breakdown of that amount had not been provided by the Lamppa Company as had been requested. Motion by May rxMiedtke and seconded by Councilman Sundland to table action on the final payment to the Lamppa Company for Water Improvement Project 197+-1 until such time as the requested itemized statement is issued and the project is completely operational and functioning.
