Presentation and approval of a plan from Mr. Hedlund showing the proposed <br /> external changes and amenities such as signing and night lighting. <br /> 2. A complete landscaping plan for the building and parking lot including <br /> plans for screening the east edge of the lot in question to be presented to <br /> the Council for approval at least 30 days prior to occupancy by Mr. Hedlund <br /> with the provision that such landscaping and changes listed above be completed <br /> within six months of occupancy by Mr. Hedlund. <br /> 3. In compliance with the City ordinances, the property is to be replatted <br /> • to include a lot of 80 x 115 dimension to the east of the portion being <br /> considered in this motion. <br /> 4. Compliance with the provisions of the improvement plans will be enforced <br /> under Section 300.08 of the City ordinance as read by the City Attorney. <br /> 5. The garage now on the property is to be removed. <br /> 6. A ten foot easement along Silver Lake Road is to be granted the City for a <br /> walkway. <br /> 7. The driveway with the existing curb cut must be b lacktopped by the time of <br /> Mr. Hedlund's occupancy. <br /> 8. The conditional use permit is non-transferrable and will expire six months <br /> from April 221, 1975 if the residence has not been converted to the agreed <br /> usage by Mr. Hedlund. <br /> 9.
