CITY OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES May 13, 1975 • The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedt%e at 7:30 P.M. The following were present for roll calms: Haik, Sauer, Sundland, Miedtke and Stauffer. Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager Larry Vickrey, City Attorney Jim Fornell, Adm. Asst. I.C. Comstock, City Engineer Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Haik to approve the minutes of the Special Council Meeting of April 29, 1975• Motion carried unanimously. The following amendments were made to the Council minutes of April 22, 1975• Page 5, Para. 1: Insert "Special" before "City Attorney" in Resolution #75-026. Page 5, Para. 4: The annual meeting of the "Association of Minnesota Municipalities" rather than the "Metro Council" is to be held May 22. Page 6, Para. 7: Substitute "on the grass in front of Aro Industries" for "in front of Aro Industries". • Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to approve the minutes of the April 22 meeting as amended. Motion carried unanimously. Marlys Berg discussed recommendations of the Human Relations Committee as indicated in the minutes for their April 15, 1975 meeting and asked the Council for a resolution to back up the Committee's position on an Affirmative Market- ing Plan. Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Mayor Miedtke to indicate the Council's concurrence with the Affirmative Marketing Plan and to authorize Councilman Stauffer to work with the Human Relations Committee and the City Manager to develop a resolution indicating such concurrence. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt Resolution #75-029. RESOLUTION 75-029 RESOLUTION REGARDING COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF MINNESOTA • Motion carried unanimously.
