CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> May 13, 1975 <br /> • The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedt%e at 7:30 P.M. <br /> The following were present for roll calms: Haik, Sauer, Sundland, Miedtke and <br /> Stauffer. <br /> Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br /> Larry Vickrey, City Attorney <br /> Jim Fornell, Adm. Asst. <br /> I.C. Comstock, City Engineer <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Haik to approve the <br /> minutes of the Special Council Meeting of April 29, 1975• <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The following amendments were made to the Council minutes of April 22, 1975• <br /> Page 5, Para. 1: Insert "Special" before "City Attorney" in Resolution <br /> #75-026. <br /> Page 5, Para. 4: The annual meeting of the "Association of Minnesota <br /> Municipalities" rather than the "Metro Council" is to be held May 22. <br /> Page 6, Para. 7: Substitute "on the grass in front of Aro Industries" for <br /> "in front of Aro Industries". <br /> • Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to approve the <br /> minutes of the April 22 meeting as amended. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Marlys Berg discussed recommendations of the Human Relations Committee as <br /> indicated in the minutes for their April 15, 1975 meeting and asked the Council <br /> for a resolution to back up the Committee's position on an Affirmative Market- <br /> ing Plan. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Mayor Miedtke to indicate the <br /> Council's concurrence with the Affirmative Marketing Plan and to authorize <br /> Councilman Stauffer to work with the Human Relations Committee and the City <br /> Manager to develop a resolution indicating such concurrence. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt <br /> Resolution #75-029. <br /> RESOLUTION 75-029 <br /> RESOLUTION REGARDING COOPERATIVE <br /> PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF <br /> MINNESOTA <br /> • Motion carried unanimously. <br />
