CITY OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES • June 10, 1975 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7:35 P.M. The following were present for roll call: Haik, Sauer, Sundland, Miedtke and StanffeY Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager Larry Vickrey, City Attorney Jim Fornell, Adm. Asst. Harry Lekson, City Assessor I.C. Comstock, City Engineer The following amendments were made to the minutes of the May 27, 1975 Council meeting Page 3 - para 1: # 6 should read "The blueprints for the project must be submitted to the Architectural Barriers Committee of the Crippled Children and Adults Society for their recommen- dations for facilities geared to use by the handicapped". #8 should have the addition of "ordinances and statutes" after "building codes". Page 3 - para 3: Add to reasons for denial (4) A restaurant is not a per- mitted usage in areas zoned R-1 and R-2 since the intention of any usage is to provide a buffer between the residential neighborhood and areas zoned commercial. Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Sruer to approve the May 27, 1975 Council minutes as amended. Motion carried unanimously. Marlys Berg agreed to defer the discussion of action of the Human Relations Advisory Committee to later in the evening. The following amendments were made to the minutes of the Board of Review held May 22, 1975: Page 1 - last para: Mr. David Freund did not request a reappraisal of his valuation and this item should be eliminated per his request Page 2 - last para: Substitute "Meeting was recessed at 9:45 P.M. until June 10, 1975" for "Meeting was adjourned... . .. . Mayor Pro Tem Sundland said he had intended adding to the minutes all the names of persons who requested reappraisal at the Review and the following were added from the list compiled by the County Assessor: Lyle Montague, 3513 Maplewood Dr.; Robert Mowerson, 3+17 Downers Dr.; Henry Michurski, 3101 Hilldale; Russell Mancino, 3209 Skycroft Dr.; E.H. Babcock, 2901 Crestview Dr.; Hardy Morningstar, 3031 Croft Dr; James Mancino, 3626 Harding St. N.E.; and Joe Mlekoday, 3042 Harding St. • Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Sauer to approve the minute: of the Board of Review of May 22, 1975, as amended, with the additional names listed above added. Motion carried unanimously.
