• Motion carried unanir^ously. Joseph McDonald, President of the St. Anthony Chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons and Harold Cope, President of the Golden Heirs were present to discuss the establishment of a task force to advise the Council and staff on the Senior Citizens Drop in Center. Both agreed to serve on this advisory group which will plan the disposition of the $6 ,000 designated for such a purpose from the 1976 Community Development Grant funds and will help set up the activities which will be a part of such a center. Motion by Councilman Stauffer and seconded by Councilnan Sundland to establish a task force to work with the City staff in forming a Senior Citizens Drop in Center which will include Joseph McDonald of the AARP, Harold Cope of the Golden Heirs , Councilman Sundland, Wil Johnson of the Planning Board, a yet to be designated member of the School Board and representatives of churches in St. Anthony. The Manager was authorized to order two subscriptions for the Legis- lative Bulletin for City use. Pair. Dulgar then cited the economies of the Chevy Nova, including better gas mileage, over the other vehicle which the Police Department had planned to purchase. Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Haik to authorize the purchase of a Chevy nova for use by the Police Depart- ment. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to grant a heating license to West Plumbing. Potion carried unanimously. The flanager then explained that Resolutions 76-053 and 76-055 which • the Council had adopted December 21st had been corrected.
