across the railroad bridge and the wide spot to accomodate bus passen- <br /> gers will be required and a provision excepting the signage from the <br /> motion will be added as follows <br /> 1. The building is to be relocated to the south, increasing <br /> the frontage on Silver Lake Road from 200 feet, to pro- <br /> vide room for two renote tellers as well as one direct <br /> teller without the need for a side yard variance. <br /> 2. Parking spaces to be ten feet in %width. Additional spaces <br /> will be provided off-street if necessary. <br /> 3. Lighting is not to exceed one foot candle in intensity at <br /> the property line and will be a 15 foot high "Sterner <br /> Executive" fixture. <br /> 4 . The detailed landscaping plan is to be submitted for <br /> Planning Board review and Council final approval. <br /> 5 . There shall be a buffer between the office property and <br /> the residential area to the east in conformance with <br /> Section 10 , Subdivision 12 of the zoning ordinance. <br /> 6 . Final building plans are to be reviewed by City Staff for <br /> compliance with all applicable codes , ordinances, and laws . <br /> • 7 . The time and temperature sign is not approved through this <br /> notion. <br /> Voting on the motion, <br /> Ayes Sauer, Stauffer, Miedtke and Sundland <br /> Nay: Iiaik <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Solberg then presented the revised plans for a sign which have <br /> been reduced from 15 feet wide, 11 feet high to a monument type sign, <br /> with a brick base, which would bel feet wide and stand 14 feet 10 <br /> inches from the ground. Councilman 5Lduffcr said she felt a sign <br /> which was no higher then 11 feet would be clo9er to what the City is <br /> now allowing. r1r. cowan then asked that they table approval of the <br /> sign until the Planning Board had established the guidelines for such <br /> signage. <br /> Copies of the Planning Board's minutes for rebruary 18 , 1975 and the <br /> Council 's minutes of February 2.5 and Ilarch 17 of 1975 which contained <br /> actions taken by both bodies regarding TCF°s application for a con- <br /> ditional use permit had been furnished for reference and the Mayor <br /> reminded the Council that the approval granted to TCF PTarch 17th had <br /> also included approval of the signage they had requested. <br /> • Plotion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Mayor Viedtke to approve <br /> the TCF request for signage as long as the sign is not higher than <br /> (3) <br />
