CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> March 15 , 1977 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7:35 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call: Sundland, Haik, Miedtke and Stauffer <br /> Absent: Sauer <br /> Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br /> William Soth, City Attorney <br /> Jim Fornell, Administrative Assistant <br /> The following corrections were made to the minutes for the Council <br /> meeting held March 1, 1977 : <br /> Page 5, last paragraph: Preface "adopt the ordinance. . . " <br /> • with "waive further readings and" . <br /> Page 7, paragraph 6 : Substitute "State Planning Agency 's <br /> fiscal study of municipalities and <br /> their operations" . <br /> Page 8 , paragraph 9 : An "honorary" citizenship will be <br /> awarded to Emilio Garcia <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer and seconded by Councilman Haik to ap- <br /> prove the March 1, 1977 Council minutes as corrected. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik and seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt <br /> the resolution transferring Section #8 monies to the General Fund. <br /> RESOLUTION 77-019 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING SECTION #8 MONIES TO <br /> GENERAL FUND <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to <br /> adopt the resolution which provides for the transfer of Revenue Sharing <br /> • Funds to the General Fund. <br />
