He then reported that the former <br /> city hall is going to be subleased for a barber shop. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Sundland to approve <br /> the amendment of the lease with Park Travel for the old city hall to allow <br /> the lease to be assigned to Phil LaMere subject to a mutual waiver of sub- <br /> rogation on property liability limited to insurance proceeds recovered as <br /> recommended by the City Attorney. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Councilman Sauer discussed his December 4th report on his attendance at the <br /> 1978 Congress of Cities in November and offered to share the tapes he made <br /> of several sessions. <br /> (8) <br />
