-6- <br /> The City Attorney responded to the suggestion from the residents <br /> that Monarch employees park across t h e railroad tracks in the <br /> Apache Shopping Center lots by saying this might be seen as the <br /> City encouraging parking on private property and agreed there also <br /> might be a risk of liability if such employees were encouraged to <br /> cross the railroad tracks to reach their employment. <br /> Mr. Fornell will reach an agreement with American Monarch to replace <br /> any sod ruined by parking Monarch' s employees on the City right <br /> of way along 37th Avenue N.E. and will consider instructions to be <br /> given the Police Department if such parking should violate City <br /> ordinances . <br /> State Representative Steve Novak will report to the Council on the <br /> dance hall legislation he has introduced, and which has cleared the <br /> legislature, which will permit the teen disco hall proposed for <br /> the City. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Sauer to <br /> adjourn the meeting at 9 : 30 p.m. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> May <br /> ATTEST:--O,,, S. <br /> City Clerk <br /> • <br />
