CALL TO ORDER. <br /> 7 Mayor Cavanaugh called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. <br /> 8 II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 9 Mayor Cavanaugh invited the Council and audience to join in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 10 III. ROLL CALL. <br /> 11 Councilmembers present: Mayor Cavanaugh; Councilmembers Sparks, Thuesen, and Horst. <br /> 12 Councilmembers absent: Councilmember Hodson. <br /> 13 Also present: City Manager Michael Mornson; City Attorney Jerry Gilligan. <br /> 14 IV. APPROVAL OF MAY 22, 2001 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 15 Motion by Councilmember Sparks to approve the May 22, 2001 City Council Regular Meeting <br /> 16 Agenda. <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 V. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br /> 4 9 None. <br /> 20 VI. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br /> 21 Mayor Cavanaugh invited any residents in the audience to speak to the Council on items that are <br /> 22 not on the regular agenda. <br /> 23 Hearing no further response, Mayor Cavanaugh moved forward with the agenda. <br /> 24 VII. CONSENT AGENDA. <br /> 25 The following corrections were made to the Study Session minutes of May 8, 2001: <br /> 26 Page 1, beginning with line 15 and throughout rest of minutes to correct"Hauben" to read <br /> 27 "Hoben." <br /> 28 The deletion of all second motions. <br /> 29 Motion by Councilmember Thuesen to approve the Consent Agenda as corrected above. Said <br /> 30 Consent Agenda consisted of: <br /> 31 1. Council Regular Meeting Minutes- April 24. 2001; <br /> 32 2. Council Study Session Minutes- May 8. 2001; <br /> 33 3. Licenses/Permits; and <br /> 34 4. Claims. <br /> 45 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 36 VIII. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br /> 37 None. <br />
