ANTHONY EMERGENCY POTABLE WATER PLAN <br /> page 4 <br /> First Priority: <br /> Domestic water supply, excluding industrial and commercial use of municipal <br /> water supply and use for power production that meets contingency requirements. <br /> Second Priority: <br /> Water uses involving consumption of less than 10,000 gallons per day. <br /> Third Priority: <br /> Agriculture irrigation and processing of agricultural products. <br /> Fourth Priority: <br /> • Power production in excess of the use provided for in the contingency plan under <br /> first priority. <br /> Fifth Priority: <br /> Use of power equipment that requires water use. <br /> Six Priority: <br /> Non-essential use as defined by Minnesota Statues 130G,291 as lawn sprinkling, <br /> vehicle washing, golf courses, park irrigation and other non-essential uses. <br /> Priorities of restrictive measures will be determined (in case of emergency) by the Director of <br /> Public Works with communications to City Manager and City Council. <br /> Long range restrictions of the water use will be decided by the City Manager and City Council. <br /> Communications of all incidents will be done as soon as the emergency is under control (by the <br /> Director of Public Works or the Public Works Supervisor) to the City Manager and City <br /> Council. <br />- • <br />
