• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 96-045 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 10, 1996 <br /> a report was prepared by Rieke Carroll Muller and Associates, Inc. with <br /> reference to the improvement of Roosevelt Street, between 35th Avenue <br /> NE and 37th Avenue NE; and, 35th Avenue NE, between Stinson <br /> Boulevard and Harding Street by reconstruction of the roadways and <br /> utilities. <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> necessary, cost-effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony that: <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with <br /> • the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost <br /> of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated <br /> total cost of the improvement of$709,500.00. <br /> 2) Rieke Carroll Muller and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer <br /> for this improvement.
