• 3. The County shall install or cause the installation of the traffic control signals with street lights <br /> at County Road D and Highcrest Road in accordance with the plans and specifications for State Aid <br /> Project No. 62-619-22. Estimated cost is $107,800.00. County's share is 50 percent. New <br /> Brighton's share is 12.50 percent. Roseville's share is 12.50 percent. St. Anthony's share is 25 <br /> percent. <br /> 4. The County shall install or cause the installation of an EVP system at County Road D and <br /> Highcrest Road in accordance with the plans and specifications for State Aid Project No. 62-619-22. <br /> Estimated cost is $5,300.00. New Brighton's share is 25 percent. Roseville's share is 25 percent. St. <br /> Anthony's share is 50 percent. <br /> 5. The County shall install or cause the installation of overhead signs and Interconnect at County <br /> Road D and Highcrest Road in accordance with the plans and specifications for State Aid Project No. <br /> 62-619-22 at the County's cost and expense. <br /> 6. St. Anthony, Roseville and New Brighton shall jointly be responsible for the installation of an <br /> adequate electric power supply to the service pad including any necessary extensions of power lines. <br /> Upon completion of the traffic control signals with street lights and EVP system installation, St. <br /> Anthony shall receive the monthly electric bill and invoice Roseville 25 percent of the cost and New <br /> Brighton 25 percent of the cost. In accordance with the Policy for lighting County Roadways, <br /> County Board Resolution 78-1394, St. Anthony shall maintain and pay energy costs of the integral <br /> • street light in the southwest corner. <br /> 7. Upon completion of the project, the County shall maintain and keep in repair all signs at its <br /> cost and expense. <br /> 8. Upon completion of the project, the County shall maintain and keep in repair the interconnect <br /> at its cost and expense. <br /> 9. Upon completion of the project, the County shall maintain and keep in repair the traffic <br /> control signal including relamping, cleaning and painting at its cost and expense.. <br /> 10. The EVP system provided for in paragraph 4 hereof shall be operated, maintained, revised or <br /> removed in accordance with the following conditions and requirements: <br /> a) All modifications, revisions and maintenance of the EVP System considered necessary or <br /> desirable for any reason, shall be done by County forces, or, upon concurrence in writing by <br /> the County's Traffic Engineer, may be done by others all at the cost and expense of the <br /> respective party (New Brighton, Roseville or St. Anthony). <br /> b) Emitter units may be installed and used only on vehicles responding to an emergency as <br /> defined in Minnesota Statutes Chapter 169.01, Subdivision 5 with 169.03. <br /> • <br /> 99010 <br /> 2of6 <br />
