VILLAGE OF ST. Aff"ONY <br /> • PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br /> June 20, 1967 <br /> • <br /> 1 . The regular meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman <br /> Pro tem Englund at 7:35 P.M. on Tuesday, June 20, 1967. <br /> 2. The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Mesenbring, Kronk, Miedtke, Englund, Harty, Emond <br /> Howitz joined the meeting at 8:25 P.M. <br /> Also present : Harry Lekson <br /> 3. The minutes of the regular meeting of May 16, 1967 were approved as amended. <br /> Page 2, item 3a, last line. The permit fee in this case to be doubled because <br /> construction had started before permit had been issued. Page 3, item 8d, loc- <br /> ation of property of public hearing as 3309 Stinson Boulevard. <br /> 4. a. Palmer Hermundslie of Medtronics, Inc. requested approval to place a : <br /> Mobil Home unit on their property for temporary office space. The unit to be <br /> located south of the storage building that had just been completed. Upon <br /> motion by Miedtke, seconded by Emond to recommend to the Council that they <br /> approve this unit with the provision that a redwood fence be included. Motion <br /> Carried. Preliminary plans for a proposed new structure by Medtronics were <br /> reviewed by the board and they would like to get a variance to allow a three <br /> • and possibly a four story building. Mr. Hermundslie was made aware of Ordin- <br /> ance 66G to which he would comply. <br /> 4 b. Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Dr. Harty, to recommend to the <br /> Council that the rear yard variance at 3427 Skycroft Drive be approved so that <br /> an open deck porch can be built within 6 ft. of the property line. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Dr. Harty, Kronk, Mesenbring <br /> Nay: Dr. Emond, Miedtke <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 4. c. Upon motion by Kronk, seconded by Miedtke, to recommend to the Council <br /> that the variance of 24 ft. on corner lot, 4 ft. front yard, 15 ft. rear yard, <br /> and a 48 sq. ft. on the house be approved, Lot 29, Block 2, Bonnie View Heights <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Miedtke, Kronk, Mesenbring <br /> Nay: Dr. Harty, Dr. Emond <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 4. d. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Kronk, to recommend to the Council <br /> that the variance of 5 ft. side yard be approved on lot 19, block 5, Wilshire <br /> Park 4th Addition. <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
