Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Emond, to recommend to the Council that a public hearing be held to consider rezoning from light industrial to Commercial the N.E. corner of County Road C and Anthony Lane. (Plat 63663 Parcel 6030). Kenneth Benson would tike to build a restaurant at this loc- ation. Voting on the motion: Aye: Mesenbring, Miedtke, Harty, Englund, Emond Nay: Howitz Motion Carried. b. Upon motion by Emond, seconded by Harty to recommend to the Council that preliminary plans for a new building on Anthony Lane be approved with Ordinance 66 G included in final plans. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Harty, to recommend to the Council that a public hearing be held to consider rezoning of land owned by Vadnais Construction Inc. from Light Industrial to Multiple Dwelling, S 220 ft. of N 863 9/10 ft. of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 lying E of State Highway. (Plat 63506, Parcel 1551 ). Also the S 118 9/10 ft. of N 643 9/10 ft. of that part of N.E. 1/4 of N.E. 1/4 lying E. of State Highway. • Motion Carried. 7. Old Business - None 8. Building Permits a. Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Miedtke, to recommend to the Council to approve preliminary plans for a 33 unit apartment building on lots 5 and 6, Block 12, Mounds View Acres, Second Addition with a variance allowing stucco and ceramic tile as shown on plan. Ordinance 66G to apply and be incl- uded in final plans. Motion Carried. ,, b. Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Harty, to recommend to the Council that a public hearing be held to consider the request of Johnson Florist Wholesale to add more buildings on their property at 3333 Edwards St. N.E. Motion Carried. c. Upon motion by Emond, seconded by Englund, to recommend to the Council to approve an addition to the rear of the Apache Car Wash. Motion Carried. Z
