Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Harty, to recommend to the Council <br /> that a height variance be granted to Medtronics to allow a three story building <br /> to be built just north of the present building. <br /> \Motion Carried. <br /> c. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the <br /> Council that a 7 ft. front yard variance be approved for 3212 and 3300 - 31% <br /> Ave. N.E. Zoning Variations <br /> Upon motion by Mtedtke, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the Council <br /> that a public hearing be held to rezone lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 1 , Pat Pen <br /> • Addition, from R-1 single family to R-2 two family residential. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 7. Old Business <br /> - ," John Bureau presented preliminary Plat of Bureaus Addition for approval along <br /> with plans for a Goodyear Service Store to be built on lot 2, Block 1 , Bureaus <br /> Addition. The description of the property at this time is the North 200 ft. <br /> of the South 1017 ft. of the East 300 ft. of the {lest 538.83 ft. of the <br /> Southwest 1/4 of Section 310 Township 30, Range 23. <br /> Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Miedtke, to recommend to the Council <br /> that approval be given for the Preliminary Plat of Bureau's Addition and <br /> also for the proposed building by Goodyear. The above approval contingent <br /> on conformity of Ordinance 66G and Sign Ordinance #75. <br /> \tion Carried. <br /> 8. Building Permits <br /> No action was taken on the Midwest Federal addition in Apache Plaza as the <br /> board felt that a permit should be given without Planning Board or Council <br /> action in this case. <br /> 9. Miscellaneous <br /> a. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Harty, to recommend to the Council <br /> to approve sign replacement for Deluxe Bakery, Sign size 18x4 = 72 sq. ft. <br /> allowable under sign ordinance. <br /> Motion Carried. 3 <br />
