• -2- <br /> Mr. Raymond Haik discussed Ordinance 62 with the Planning Board and informed <br /> them that the procedures• set forth in this Ordinance have not been followed <br /> and that they have made recommendations for approval on requests which <br /> should not have been made. <br /> Mr. Haik also reviewed the memorandum put out by his office on March 16, 1967 <br /> in regard to the subdivision of the land that the A"Che Office Building is <br /> located on. After hearing further recommendations from Mr. Haik the Planning <br /> Board felt that they were in error in recommending to the Council that approval <br /> be given for the Preliminary Plat of Bureau's Addition. Upon motion by Emond <br /> seconded by Kronk, it was moved that the approval for preliminary plat of <br /> Bureau's Addition. Upon motion by Emond, seconded by Kronk, that the approval <br /> for preliminary plat of Bureau's addition be revoked because all requirements <br /> Of Ordinance 62 have not been considered. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 5. No action taken (already approved) , Kenneth Benson with plans for <br /> new building at 2917 Anthony Lane. <br /> b. No action taken on car wash because the board felt it should be in <br /> Apache area. <br /> 9. Miscellaneous <br /> a. Mr. Bovee did not appear <br /> b. Chairman Howitz to contact Chairman of Roseville Planning Board for <br /> joint meeting. <br /> c. The secretary was directed to arrange a meeting with residents south <br /> of St. Anthony Boulevard and east of Wilson Street and also 2901 - 2909 <br /> St. Anthony Boulevard, 2812 through 2832 Highway 8, to discuss changes in <br /> traffic pattern in these areas. <br /> d.
