The regular meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman <br /> Howitz at 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday November 21, 1967. <br /> 2. The following were present at roll call : <br /> Kronk, Miedtke, Elam, Howitz, Harty <br /> Absent: Mesenbring, Englund <br /> 3. The minutes of the meeting of October 17, 1967 were approved after amend- <br /> ing the last line of item 5 to reads constitute a violation of the existing <br /> use permit at the Johnson Greenhouse location. The minutes of the meeting <br /> of October 31, 1967 were approved as submitted. <br /> 4. Public Hearings - none <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations <br /> a. Upon motion by Elam, seconded by Kronk, to approve the request of <br /> Foodtown Super Markets for a variance of 12 square feet needed to install the <br /> sign as shown in attached photograph. <br /> ion Carried. <br /> Mo <br /> . b Hart to allow Kin srud Meat a <br /> b. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Kronk, to recommend to the <br /> Council that a public hearing be held on the request of Wally Ludwig to rezonc <br /> from R1 single family residential to R2 two family residential, lot 6, <br /> Auditors Subdivision No. 377 <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> aye; Kronk, Miedtke, Elam <br /> nay: Harty, Howitz <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Harty, seconded by Howtiz, to consider for rezoning along with <br /> Ok lot 6, lots 4, 5, 21, 22 and 23 from R1 to R2. <br /> Voting on the Motion: <br /> Aye: Harty, Howitz <br /> Nay: Miedtke, Elam, Kronk <br /> Motion not carried: <br />
