VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> December 19, 1967 <br /> 1. The regular meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman <br /> Howitz at 7:35 P.M. on Tuesday, December 19, 1967. <br /> 2. The following were present at roll call : <br /> Mesenbring, Elam, Miedtke, Howitz, Englund <br /> Absent: Kronk, Harty <br /> 3. The minutes of the meeting of November 21, 1967 were approved as <br /> submitted. <br /> 4. Public Hearings <br /> The Chairman announced that this was the time and place to hold a public <br /> hearing- on request of the Village Council to consider a change in zoning <br /> from R-1 single family residential to R-2 two family residential, lots <br /> 4,506, 21,22,23 Auditor's Subdivision /#377. After discussion with Wally <br /> Ludwin an,' some of his Neighbors, it was moved by Englund, seconded by <br /> Mpsvn[)rii;, to recommend to the Council that lots 495,6,21,22,23, Auditors <br /> Subdivision L377 bo approved for rezoning. <br />` Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Mesenbring, Elam, Howitz, Englund <br /> Nay: Miedtke <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 5. _ Ordinance Variations <br /> Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Miedtke, to deny the request for <br /> the use of stucco below and above the window areas at 3817 Macalaster Dr. <br /> and that brick only be used on the exterior. <br /> \Motion Carried. <br /> 6. Zoning Variations <br /> a. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Elam, to recommend to the Council <br /> that the request for a public hearing to rezone lot 17, Block 12, Mounds View <br /> Acres Second Addition from Light Industrial to Multiple Dwelling be denied. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> b. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Elam, to recommend to the Council <br /> that a public hearing be held on the request by Ronald Krank to rezone the <br /> East 90.78 feet of the South 125 feet of Lot 51 Block 8, Mounds View Acres,- <br /> Second addition from Light IrdUt-Arial to CorrAkircial. The purpose for rezon- <br /> ing is to allow Pilgrim C1eA..mrs and Launderers to build a building for the <br /> processing and pickup of germtnts left for cleaning. <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
