Fence Study <br /> Lyle Elam gave a report on a fence study made by Duane Miedtke and him- <br /> self and will present a finished draft of a proposed fence ordinance at the <br /> next meeting of the Planning Board. <br /> g. Upon motion by Elam, seconded by Englund, to recommend to the Council to <br /> deny the request of Ledwein Carp6t Company to place a sign on the north side <br /> of his building. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> h. The traffic involving Medtronic was discussed by the Board and Chairman <br /> Howitz asked the members to observe the traffic in and out of the parking <br /> lot between now and the next meeting so as to be able to make a recommend- <br /> ation at the next meeting. <br /> i. The Planning Board reivewed the proposed highway map showing the changes <br /> on Kenzie Terrace, St. Anthony Boulevard and Highway 8. The Board was very <br /> well pleased with this map and the highway department layout. <br /> 10.
