-2- <br /> Upon <br /> 2-Upon motion by Kronk, seconded by Mesenbring, that if this change is approved <br /> by the Council, the secretary is to send the list of names submitted at the <br /> hearing to all the residents on 3115 and 3212, so that they can make the choice <br /> they desire. On 322 Avenue the only name submitted that did not conflict with <br /> the Host Office was Hilldale Road. On 312 Avenue there were four names listed. <br /> Village Lane, Bonnie Ridge, Townview Terrace, Village Terrace. An alternate <br /> list will be included with the names of Village Avenue, Bonnie Ridge Avenue, <br /> Townview Avenue. Alternate names for 322 are HilWale Avenue and St. Anthony <br /> Road. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 6. Zoning Variations <br /> Gordon Hedlund presented his request to rezone lots 11, 12, 13, 140 15, 16, <br /> Block 6, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition from its present zoning to Multiple <br /> Dwelling for the purpose of building Town Houses at this location. The west <br /> 1-2 of these lots are zoned R2 and the east 2 are zoned R1. Upon motion by <br /> Mesenbring, seconded by Englund, to recommend to the Council that rezoning <br /> to accomodate Town Houses might be desirable for this area. In so doing the <br /> Board felt that the entire block should be included from Silver Lake Road to <br /> Penrod Lane.and from 39th Avenue to Ailver Lane. Also lots 8,9000 Block 70 <br /> • Mounds View Acres 2nd Addition south of 39th• and east of Silver Lake Road <br /> be rezoned from R2 to Multiple Dwelling. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 7. Old Business - none <br /> 8. Building Permits <br /> `The Northgate Motel plan for a second story addition was reviewed by the Board <br /> and tabled for further information from the Motel on a detailed plot plan <br /> `owing the number of units versus the number of parking spaces. <br /> 9. Miscellaneous <br /> /a. Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Kronk, to recommend to the Council <br /> that the sign request of Ledwoin Carpet Company be approved with a variance <br /> of 50 sq. ft. of sign area and also a variance from Ordinance #75 on page 3, <br /> Subd. 2 (f) <br /> \Mo tion Carried. <br /> b. No action taken on Foodtown <br /> c. The sign request of Industrial Credit was tabled for more information. <br /> /d. Upon motion by Harty, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the <br /> Council to approve the request of Amelia W. Nash to divide that part lying <br /> E. of the W. 165 ft. thereofof lot 3, block 40 Clark b Kings Garden Tracts <br /> and addA t to the LeRoy E. Allen property at 2608 - 36th Avenue N.E. <br /> e. No action on Cedar Properties. <br /> �1 <br />
