Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the <br /> Council to approve the division of the west 100 ft. of south 1/2 of lot 1, <br /> block 7, Clark b Kings Garden Tract. <br /> Notion Carried. <br /> d. Upon motion by M edtke, seconded by Elam, to recommend Council approval <br /> for the division of lots 11 and 12, Clark and Kings Garden Tract. This is the <br /> Wakiriak Addition on 36th and Edwards St. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> /e. Joe Donlin, Apache Plaza Shopping Center, appeared regarding the <br /> request for a sign by the Industrial Credit Company. The statement of not <br /> • allowing any additional signs on the exterior wall was only for this area <br /> on the west wall and any future requests for signs would be handled on an <br /> • \dividual basis. <br /> 10.
