i <br /> VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> ' PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br /> May 21, 1968 <br /> 1 . The regular meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman <br /> Howitz at 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday, May 21 , 1968. <br /> 2. The Following were present at roll call : <br /> Mesenbring, Kronk, Elam, Miedtke, Howitz, Englund <br /> Absent: Harty <br /> 3. The minutes of the meeting of April 16, 1968, were approved as submitted. <br /> 4. /Ordinance Variations <br /> / a. Upon motion by Kronk, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the <br /> ;Council that the request of Mr. Tonnel for a 10 ft. variance in width of a <br /> corner lot plus an 8 ft. side yard variance be approved, at 3542 Coolidge <br /> St. N.E. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> b. Terry Norring did not appear. <br /> c. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the <br /> Council that the bank request for signs next to the teller windows be denied. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> d. The action taken by the Planning Board at the April 16, 1968, meeting <br /> to table the request of the Sussel Company for a 7 ft. side yard variance <br /> was discussed. <br /> Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Kronk, to recommend to the Council that <br /> the 7 ft. side yard variance be approved at 3100 Rankin Road. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Mesenbring, Kronk, Elam, Howitz, Englund <br /> Nay: Miedtke <br /> \Motion Carried. <br /> 5. Public Hearings - none <br /> 6. Zoning Variations - none <br /> 7. Old Business - none <br /> • 8. Building Permits <br /> a. Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Elam, to recommend to the Council <br /> that the request by Standard Oil Company to add a 121x28' storage room to the <br /> rear of the station at 27th Avenue and Kenzie Terrace N.E. be approved with the <br /> south wall be faced with glazed material to conform with the front of the <br /> building. <br /> --1 <br />
