Bui}ding Permits <br /> Mr. Scarp, Scarp-Heilman Company, requested approval to build a two story <br /> addition to the rear of the existing building at 2912 Anthony Lane. After <br /> discussion, it was moved by Elam, seconded by Englund, that if the one story <br /> addition that was presented in December of 1967 was approved by the Council, <br /> then this 2 story addition be denied. <br /> Voting on the Motion: <br /> Aye: Elem, Miedtke, Howitz, Englund <br /> Nay: Kruk <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Kronk, to recommend to the Council that <br /> if the one story building was not approved last December that this request <br /> • for a 54x80 two story building be denied. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 9. a. Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Elam, to table the St. Anthony <br /> Center sign until a scaled drawing of the sign in its new location is <br /> presented. The reader board section of the sign to be interior illuminated. <br /> Also the top part of the sign be interior illuminated letters or neon. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> b. Upon motion by Meidtke, seconded by Elam, to recommend to the Council <br /> that the final Kylander Addition be approved with the lots being 69.71 ft. <br /> wide. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> c. The Planning Board discussed the small type storage building that is <br /> set up by the owner on his property. The Board feels that Ordinance 66 is <br /> adequate for this type of building. <br /> d. The Planning Board urges the Village to allow them to go beyond the <br /> 100 ft. of the boundaries of the property in sending out notices when this is <br /> requested by the Board. <br /> e. Upon motion by Meidtke, seconded by Kronk, to accept with regret the <br /> • resignation of Lyle Elam and to thank him for the fine job he has done on the <br /> Board. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 10.
