The Planning Board discussed the matter of sending out hearing notices <br /> beyond the limits of 100 ft. as listed in Ordinance 66, Section 9. It was de- <br /> cided that the Board would recommend to the Council that a hearing notice be <br /> sent beyond the 100 ft. boundery when they deemed it necessary. <br /> c. The Planning Board reviewed the letter sent to them by H. S. Swan re- <br /> garding the Sign Ordinance but took no action on the matter. <br /> d. Robert Dailey, Park Board Chairman, presented plans for the proposed <br /> Central Park Shelter building. The Board thanked Mr. Bailey for his coming <br /> to the meeting with this information on the park project. <br /> 10.
