Upon motion by Kronk, seconded by Englund to recommend to the Council <br /> that the request by Lester Eckhardt to divide his property at 3633 Belden Drive <br /> into two 75 ft. lots be approved after replatting per ordinance 62 (That part of <br /> Lot 2 lying W. of E. 125 ft. thereof and that part of Lot 3 lying N. of S. 92 ft. <br /> thereof and W. of E. 125 ft. thereof Gardena Acres. ) <br /> Motion carried. <br /> b. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Harty, to recommend to the Council <br /> that the request by Edward Erickson to divide the East 170.88 ft. of Lot 11, Block <br /> 4, Mounds View Acres Second Addition, into two equal lots be approved after re- <br /> platting per Ordinance 62. (Silver Lane east of Fordham Drive. ) <br /> Motion carried. <br /> / c. Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Kronk, to recommend to the Council that <br /> the request by Sandy's to build a storage enclosure at the rear of the building <br /> be approved 19 ft. long, 7 ft. high and 9 ft. 61' wide. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> \ d. The Board discussed a petition by property owners along Silver Lake Court <br /> to close off access to Silver Lake Road. Upon motion by Harty, seconded by Kronk, <br /> to recommend to the Council that this request be approved with a turn around at <br /> the east end of Silver Lake Court no less than 90 ft. from curb to curb. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> 10.
