VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br /> January 21 , 1969 <br /> 1. The regular meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman <br /> Howitz at 7:30 P. M. on Tuesday, January 21 , 1969• <br /> 2. The following were present at roll call : Mesenbring, Kronk, Miedtke, Howitz, <br /> Harty, Englund. <br /> 3. The minutes of the December 17, 1968 meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> The minutes of the special meeting were approved subject to- the correction sheet <br /> as attached. <br /> The Board members agreed to serve for the year 1969. <br /> 4. Public Hearings - None. <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations <br /> a. No one appeared regarding Sinclair sign. <br /> b. Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend the Council <br /> deny the request by Walter R. Hammod Company to relocate their sign to the new <br /> • location at 3601 - 29th Avenue N. E. Sign 80 sq. ft. over allowable size. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> i <br /> c. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend the Council <br /> deny the request by Albert Villella to build a garage with a 5 ft. front yard <br /> variance at 3901 Fordham Drive N. E. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> \� d. No one appeared regarding Pharmacy sign. <br /> 6. a. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Harty, to recommend to the Council <br /> that a public hearing be held to rezone from Light Industrial to Commercial the <br /> East 90 78/100 ft. of South 125 ft. of Lot 5, Block 8, Mounds View Acres Second <br /> Addition for an automotive diagnostic and repair center. (Lot East of Dairy store <br /> on 37th Avenue N. E. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> b. Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Harty, to recommend to the Council <br /> that a public hearing be held to rezone Mr. Hasty's lot at 3404 - 37th Avenue N. E. <br /> from R-1 to 2-2. <br /> Voting on the motion. <br /> Aye: Mesenbring, Harty. <br /> May: Englund, Howitz, Miedtke, Kronk. <br /> Motion not carried. <br />
