-2- <br /> 7. <br /> 2-7. Old Business - None. <br /> 8. Building Permits - None. <br /> 9. Miscellaneous <br /> a. Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Kronk, to recommend to the Council <br /> that the Planning Board hold an informal meeting with the owners of property in <br /> Block 4, Mounds View Acres Second Addition to discuss the proposed new street in <br /> this block. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> b. Upon motion by Miedtke, seconded by Englund, to recommend to the Council <br /> that they authorize the Village engineer to prepare plans for the blocking of the <br /> east end of 27th Avenue and the south end of Coolidge Street as recommended in <br /> the planning study of June, 1967. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> c. Upon motion by ((ronk, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the Council <br /> that a temporary sign for a pancake breakfast requested by Scout Troop #107 be <br /> approved. The sign size is 4 ft. X 8 ft. to be located at Nativity Church and <br /> date is February 9, 1969. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> d. The Planning Board discussed a new proposal for a 51 unit apartment <br /> building on the Kenzie property which would eliminate the tavern and the 2 story <br /> house on the property. No action was taken because of insufficient information. <br /> 10. Motion by Miedtke, seconded by Kronk, that the meeting be adjourned. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Harry Lekson <br /> Secretary <br />
